Two properties are to be auctioned at the last Newmarket Easter horse sales on April 19, before the first horse enters the ring.
One is the thoroughbred stud, Ylliero Lodge, at Lot 7, BTU Road, Nowra Hill.
Situated on the South Coast an hour from Wollongong and 10 kilometres from Nowra and close to Nowra Racecourse, Ylliero adjoins HMAS Albatross and features views over Jervis Bay and to Braidwood in the hills.
The homestead of about 40 squares includes entertaining area, four bedrooms, main with ensuite and walk-in robe, office, lounge room, dining room, family room and modern kitchen.
The adjoining entertaining wing includes a double garage as well as a spacious billiard room with bar, shower and toilet which is conveniently located near a 12 metre x 6 metre in-ground swimming pool.
The property also features three stallion yards, post and rail fences, horse boxes, a 14 metre x 12 metre steel frame serving barn, a concrete block hosing down bay covering 7.5 metres x 3.5 metres with a concrete floor.
